HOTEL

We have five smoke free rooms, all decorated and equipped with the highest standard of quality in each detail. All rooms have a king size bed. The Master suite room has a second stay; equipped up to 2 additional single beds, without extra charge in children under 12 years old.

Reservations
It is convenient to make your reservations with anticipation. A valid credit card is required at the time of the reservation; please have an official identification at hand.

The check-in time to your room is 15:00, and the check-out time is before 12:00. If you want to extend your stay to continue enjoying our facilities, it will have an additional cost of $800.00 MN per person and will include the use of the spa, sauna and steam until 18:30.

EXTRA PERSON
It will apply a charge of $800.00 MN from the third person over 12 years old staying in the same room.

CHILDREN
Children are considered until 11 years old, from 12 years old will be charged as adults.

PETS
Pets are not accepted within the facilities.

CANCELATIONS
The cancellation of your reservation must be made with 48 hrs of anticipation; otherwise the penalty will be the charge of the first night. Cancellation on holidays (Christmas, New Year, Holy Week, September 15th, etc.) Should be done with 15 days of anticipation; if not, a penalty for the first night will be charged.

In case of not arriving at our hotel without prior cancellation, a stay night will be charged.
